• Our lavender eye pillows are hand made in our East London studio from a mix of organic linseed and lavender perfectly weighted to put a little pressure on your eTRUE encouraging your nervous system to relax. Lavender is great for promoting relaxation and sleep so you don't have to be into yoga or meditation to use it; you can just place it over your eTRUE whenever you need a moment of calm.

• Can be used at room temperature, warm or cold. Warm on the radiator for a few minutes or cool by placing in a sealed container in the freezer for 15 min. Then simply lie down and place over your eTRUE and enjoy.
